After more than 150 years of operation, who hasn’t heard of the Maid of the Mist? The challenge was to position the Maid of the Mist brand as a tourist destination among hundreds of entertainment options. We set out to create better relationships with travel agents and tour operators. We positioned the brand as premier. First-class. The ride of a lifetime.

Result Maid of the Mist has built a sterling reputation among travel agents and tour operators. The new website makes communicating its opening and closing dates instant and easy. A special area of the site invites travel agents to join an emailing list for information on up-to-the-minute changes in hours, fares and specials. Consistent graphic standards applied to everything from thank you notes to banners to merchandise helped create an easily-recognized identity. Mother Nature’s cooperation also helps.
